Based in Vernon BC, owners Brad and Brandy Dziedzic formed A Legacy of Designs Ltd. in their quest to create a legacy of beautiful and classic custom homes with a timeless appeal.
With over 17 years experience building homes we still have a passion for working hands on, we only build a handful of homes per year allowing us the time and attention needed to turn your dreams into a reality.
We have a level of excellence in the entire process of each home starting with putting your vision on paper, keeping a clean project site and guaranteeing superior craftsmanship and attention to every detail.
We work for you as a team; your construction site is Brad's office. It is from here that he will address each and every item that goes into creating your home. He works alongside each sub-trade to ensure that no detail gets missed.
Also working on your behalf is Brandy and Brenda, providing you with weekly progress reports, budget updates, design advice and client decision lists to ensure your building experience an enjoyable one.
